Attention: Registration deadline for Study Abroad Tour is December 2, 2013.
SBISD is offering students a semester of high school Social Studies elective credit for participating in the study tour. SBISD has designed a Study Abroad Israel trip for students (and their family members). This meaningful and enriching tour, plus hands-on archeological dig, will allow students educational and interactive opportunities by seeing and learning about the stimulating culture and extraordinary history of Israel.
The tour will enable students to see, do, explore, experience, and yes, taste all that this ancient land has to offer. Our itinerary is crafted to balance ancient historical and archaeological sightseeing with educational and interactive opportunities, and of course, fun!
We will visit Galilee, Bethlehem, Tel Aviv, Golan Heights, Jerusalem, Mount of Olives, Gethsemane, Dead Sea, Masada, and more. June 8 – 16, 2014
